The following construction updates will inform you what is coming up this week (December 15 - December 22):

• Final hook up of all lights to be completed including aiming and adjustments.
• Continue security desk installation.
• Install garage elevator indicator lights.
• Continue travertine caulking.
• Complete installation of metal panels.
• Complete new stone stairs to retail including the handrail.
• Install stone flooring in mailroom corridor after hours. Access to mailroom will remain open during business hours.
• Complete final geofoam installation.
• Continue installation of pedestal pavers.
• Receive final planter soil delivery for Phase 1 & 2.
• Complete metal panels on portal.
• Complete Phase 3 waterproofing.

Tabor Center wants to ensure you are kept in the know!

Tenant Center Access will allow you to:

  • Customize notification options - receive information via email and/or text!
  • View and manage your contact information.
  • Sign up for notifications containing critical property information such as updated policies, security procedures, building closings, etc.!
  • Receive alerts pertaining to the latest news about the surrounding area like weather and traffic conditions!
  • Stay current and improve your involvement in crucial property initiatives like sustainability and preparedness campaigns!
  • Learn more and take better advantage of the available amenities and affinity programs at your property!
  • Submit and track Work Orders, Certificates of Insurance and Reservations. Note: Access to complete these options is based on the property’s app subscriptions and may not be available for all tenants.

Access the Tenant Center link on your mobile phone by viewing this page and clicking on Sign In or typing the direct Tenant Center URL into your phone's web-browser.


Once logged in - add the app to your homescreen for easy access.


Need Access?

  1. Click on the “Request Account” link on the login page of the Tenant Center.
  2. Enter your contact information and click “Submit”. Your account request will then be sent to Management for review.  
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive your login credentials via email. You can then login to the Tenant Center, update your password, and review and update your contact information and notification preferences.
